I offer writing coaching and assistance, study skills, and organizational instruction for students of all ages. I work with clients in person in the Seattle area or via Zoom for remote clients. My experience includes over a decade of working with kids and adults, including seven years of teaching a weekly writing workshop for high school students.

A little more about me:

I’m a writer and journalist with seven years of experience teaching writing to high school students. I have a B.A. in Creative Writing from Oberlin College and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. 

I work with students one-on-one to develop a concrete plan for organizing homework and establishing study skills, including instruction on how to easily implement and incorporate proven methods to create new habits. Each program is tailored to the needs, goals, and individual requirements of the student.

I offer fact-checking and manuscript editing on a limited basis.
